		<description><![CDATA[Unless you&#8217;re already very fit, walking for weight loss is a much better fat burning exercise than running for weight loss. If you want to only apply moderate intensity to your exercise regime, then 30 minutes of walking or other exercise 5 times a week works perfectly. Although not a high impact exercise, it can be tiring especially if you have decided to walk at a fast pace in which case regular breaks or periods where you slow the pace a little are required.
Taking along a partner can help stop the tedium setting in especially if you never vary your route, which is always a good idea.
